COPs
Our International Communities of Practice (iCoPs) create common ground and inspire Communities of Practise (CoPs) members from all country hubs to collaborate on specific sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) themes. Through dedicated knowledge sharing and reduced duplication of work, the efforts of CoP members across the globe complement and strengthen each other, enabling research and practice to be shared horizontally between CoP members in all Share-Net locations. In response to the impact of COVID-19, our first international CoP focused on COVID-19 SRHR and gender equality, to ensure gendered perspectives are incorporated in response and recovery planning.
We believe CoPs need to be member driven, content-centred, and work towards a shared goal. Our strategic plan focuses on the systemic development of international, national, sustainable, and empowered CoPs on SRHR as a key outcome to maximise the impact of SNI, and to provide structure, continuity, and continued commitment, that focuses the knowledge needs and priorities of our members.
