Share-Net is in the process of developing strategy to encourage involvement of the private sector in our activities, and the SRHR and HIV sector. A thematic round table meeting has been part of this process. That meeting focused on the dialogue between public and private sector partners in the field of SRHR and HIV, and addressed the following questions:

• What are the expectations of both public and private sector participants of partnering, what are their needs and their motives?
• What are encountered or envisioned challenges and opportunities when developing public private partnerships and
• What are key factors for successfully working together?
