L’analyse de la performance a été mise en œuvre dans 60 FS des trois régions soutenues par le PSLV d’octobre 2020 à septembre 2021. Elle se tient trimestriellement en 1 jour dans chaque FS avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes de chaque formation sanitaire.
L’analyse de la performance est réalisée par les prestataires eux-mêmes et avait pour but non seulement de rendre compte de la performance des FS en terme de niveau d’atteinte des cibles, mais aussi d’apporter une appréciation critique sur les données et enfin de prendre des actions correctrices allant dans le sens de l’amélioration de la performance.
Elle est réalisée à partir d’outils développés par Pathfinder dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre d’intervention antérieure. Les prestataires ont été formés avant la tenue des sessions d’analyses.

Facilitate Decision-making at the Peripheral Level for Increased Performance of Family Planning Programs

A performance analysis by pathfinder.org was implemented in Burkina Faso in the three regions from October 2020 to September 2021. It is held quarterly in 1 day in each FS with all the stakeholders of each health facility. The performance analysis is carried out by the service providers themselves and was intended not only to report on the performance of the SFs in terms of the level of achievement of the targets, but also to provide a critical assessment of the data and finally to take corrective actions in the direction of improving performance. It is carried out using tools developed by Pathfinder as part of the implementation of previous interventions. The service providers were trained before the analysis sessions were held.
