Who we are

The Community of Practice ‘Multilateral Processes’ was first called ‘Post 2015’ and is concerned with UN processes such as the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW), the Commission on Population and Development (CPD) and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Each year the group organises briefings and debriefings around these multilateral processes and ad-hoc meetings, and discussions when necessary.

Partners and members of the Community of Practice are: WO=MEN, Rutgers, HIVOS, Simavi, KIT Royal Tropical Institute, Neighbourhood Feminists and CHOICE for Youth and Sexuality

CoP members can access their online working space on Mighty networks via this link (Share-Net Netherlands members only).

CoP activities 2021

The CoP kick-started the new year with an online knowledge sharing & strategising meeting in January 2021 looking at the International Advocacy challenges and opportunities in 2020 & 2021 to achieve SRHR and gender equality. You can access the webinar report and watch back the recording here.

On the 7th of July 2021, the CoP organised a virtual debriefing meeting on the Generation Equality Forum Paris. This event was moderated by Yvonne Bogaarts (Manager Advocacy, Rutgers) and Nadia van der Linde (Programme Manager International Processes, WO=MEN) and provided a space for civil society in the Netherlands and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to share reflections and discuss strategic opportunities for advocacy following the Generation Equality Forum in Paris (30 June – 2 July 2021). You can access the webinar report and watch back the recording here.
