The Share-Net International Digital Platform

Our interactive platform is a global, centralised knowledge-sharing space for people working and interested in Sexual and Reproductive Rights and Health (SRHR), and HIV. The platform promotes discussion, knowledge distribution, and the latest SRHR best-practises between our seven country hubs in Bangladesh, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Colombia, Ethiopia, Jordan, and the Netherlands, and facilitates training, conferences, and events. We also host an extensive e-library of SRHR articles, research papers, and reports, and continuously publish the latest SRHR knowledge from our country hubs and members.

By joining our network of thousands of SRHR practitioners, policy makers, researchers, students, and advocates, you can discover our members-only area. Here you can build your personal or organisational profile, connect with other professionals worldwide who are working in the same field, access SRHR assignments and jobs, and apply for knowledge activation grants and other funding. Share-Net International Members can also participate in our international Communities of Practise (iCoPs), share opportunities, and use our matchmaking services to seek and recruit candidates, trainers, and researchers for assignments or jobs from our network for SRHR members.

This platform encompasses the national knowledge networks of our country hubs in Bangladesh, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Colombia, Ethiopia, Jordan, and The Netherlands. These networks serve as conduits for situation assessments, defining research priorities, facilitating research participation, and hosting local knowledge bases. Our hubs stimulate the participation of key international partners, as well as regional and national SRHR actors in their countries.

We believe all people have the freedom of choice, can make informed decisions, take action on their sexual and reproductive health and rights, and have access to quality care to meet their needs. Through this platform, our mission is realised through strengthening links between research, policy, and practise, through knowledge sharing, generating, translating, and promoting the use of knowledge for the development of better policies and practises in SRHR.

Share-Net International combines the expertise and strengths of Dutch organisations, Southern partners, and key international actors working in the area of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights, to achieve SRHR and HIV related Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
