Who: OBGYNs and others attending FIGO’s World Congress 2021 online.

FIGO and RCOG are hosting an interactive workshop on how OBGYNs can best use and enhance their practical skills to become safe abortion advocates. There will be presentations from OBGYNs already utilising their position to improve the sexual and reproductive health and rights of women, girls and pregnant people in their communities, and participants will choose breakout rooms to explore specific themes in relation to getting started or stepping up advocacy work. The workshop will be repeated to accommodate different time zones.

There is a limited number of sponsored places available for individuals from low and middle-income countries.  Please contact asap@figo.org to apply for a sponsored place. Please note these are on a first come, first served basis. (Please note that you do need to be registered for the FIGO virtual congress and that unfortunately we cannot fund full Congress registration fees).
