It is with pleasure that we invite you to take part in the Youth Week organized by Share-Net and its members* which takes place from 26th – 30th of September in Humanity House, The Hague and De Balie, Amsterdam.
We envision an inspiring week full of lively debates, interactive workshops, captive presentations and networking opportunities.
The objective is to link comprehensive sexuality education and youth friendly health services to broader discussions on gender, gender based violence and sustainable development. Together we will share best practices, learn from one another’s experience and develop new strategies and collaborations.
Here you will find the programme for the week. Monday afternoon, September 26, we will kick off the week with new research and international speakers. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are organized thematically, but the aim is to focus on linkages instead of working in silos. Youth Friendly Health Services. ‘Youth and Research’ and Comprehensive Sexuality Education will be the starting point for the respective days. On Friday we will wrap up the week developing a joint plan of action bringing together different perspectives for the way forward.
Please do forward this invitation to relevant colleagues! You can choose sessions you want to join. Participation is free, but registration is necessary.
