Registration is Now Open!

If you haven’t yet, please take a moment and register for the IAWG 2020 meeting, Bridging the Divide: Operationalizing Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights in the Nexus.

Dates and Location

February 19 – 21. 2020

Millennium Hilton Bangkok
123 Charoen Nakhon Road
Khlong Ton Sai, เขตค ลองสาน
Bangkok 10600, Thailand

This year, the registration process has changed slightly to better accommodate the exciting growth of the IAWG meeting. Due to increased interest in this year’s meeting, limited space, and a traditionally high no-show rate, we are asking interested individuals to complete a registration application. Applicants will then receive an email asking them to confirm flight, accommodations, and visa before their registration is finalized. This process will help ensure that the IAWG meeting registration remains free and open to everyone for this and future meetings. Thank you in advance for your help.

Important visa information

After completing the registration form, applicants will receive an email with a personalized invitation letter and an administrative note to support visa applications. You will receive this email by the end of the following business day. We thank you in advance for your patience.
Passport holders from Afghanistan, Iran, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea), Libya, Syria, or Yemen require prior authorization from Thailand’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs BEFORE they can submit their visa application. If you hold a passport from one of these countries, please read the detailed instructions of the registration application carefully!

Additional Information

Additional details about the conference are available on the conference website. This includes details on the venue and accommodations, transportation, applying for your visa, other information about traveling to Bangkok, and more.
