The Pitch is a series of regional competitions that places stakeholders in sub-Saharan Africa and Asia at the center of designing and implementing knowledge management innovations. Knowledge management (KM)—the way we access, share and use information—is one of our most valuable assets to address family planning challenges. What we know impacts how we take action. And so how we manage knowledge can affect individuals, communities, and, ultimately, the health systems that exist across cultures. Innovations in knowledge management can improve coordination and enhance meaningful learning among family planning/reproductive health (FP/RH) professionals. Four KM Champion Innovators will be awarded up to USD $50,000 each, through subawards, in order to implement their innovative ideas. These KM Champion Innovators will also receive knowledge management mentorship, training, and tools from Knowledge SUCCESS during the implementation period to further develop their capacity in knowledge management for FP/RH.
