The Inter-Agency Working Group on Reproductive Health in Crises (IAWG) have launched their MISP Distance Learning Module!
The Minimum Initial Service Package (MISP) for Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) distance learning module has been newly revised in 2019. This self-instructional learning module is based on the 2018 Inter-Agency Field Manual on Reproductive Health in Humanitarian Settings, “Chapter 3: Minimum Initial Service Package.”
On their site you can read each unit, complete e-learning activities, test your knowledge with unit quizzes, and earn a certificate in the MISP for SRH. After reading through the units, you can register and complete the final test. When you pass the test with a score of 80% or more correct answers, you will receive a certificate. Learners who do not have steady access to the internet can email their post-test to firstname.lastname@example.org for grading.
Please note, the e-learning activities perform best when accessed using Chrome or Firefox. Other browsers may respond unpredictably. If you would like to complete the MISP Distance Learning Module eLearning materials while you have limited access to the internet, you can download the files and complete them offline.
The module is currently available in English on this webpage and as a PDF. Translations into French, Arabic, and Spanish will be available soon. The IAWG website redesign will also correct some known errors. The website should be live in early 2020. If you have questions, feedback, or corrections, please email email@example.com.
