On International Women’s Day 2018, the Guttmacher and the Lancet launched @SRHRCommission, a new Twitter feed for all things related to the Guttmacher-Lancet Commission on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights.
Since the Commission aims to encourage the adoption of policies and programs across the world, I thought you might want to follow our new feed to get the latest updates and exciting developments on the Commission and related work.
If you’re so inclined, we’d very much appreciate your support in helping elevate our new account and/or the #SRHRagenda hashtag if/when these would be appropriate actions for you. Here’s some suggested language in case you’d like to join us (and, of course, feel free to adapt the language as needed):
As background, the Guttmacher-Lancet Commission was established in early 2016 with the goal of developing a comprehensive, evidence-based, bold and actionable agenda for key SRHR priorities. The most immediate outcome of the Commission’s work will be a report published in May in The Lancet (which will be available with free registration), and released at an exciting launch event in Johannesburg.
Guttmacher and their partners on this effort will be sharing much more information with all of you as we near the launch event.
